As a model, you need to bring a sense of fun to the shoot, not baggage- emotional, physical or otherwise. Fun makes it great for all concerned, and a fun model is easier to guide, and collaborates better with the entire team. Often the results are dependent on the model’s "state of mind", so respectfully said... your head needs to be in the right space in order to produce results, and make the effort of those people who work with you, worthwhile.

There are three extremely trying times to choose the right clothes for the occasion: job interviews, first dates and meeting the parents nights. First date dressing is tough because you usually don't know the other person well enough to predict what will be attractive to him. You want to look fabulous but not unattainable, chic but not cheap. Add to the problem that you may or may not be familiar with where you are going, and you have the perfect explanation for women who choose to stay home in a chenille robe with a bottle of Two-Buck Chuck and a box of microwave kettle corn.

Any ideas on where you going on your first date?

If you can, have a conversation with your date to find out where you're going. But be simple with your questions to make sure you dont' sound controlling. This will help immeasurably, even if you can just get a sense of the formality of the occasion. A good tip is it's always better to be a little overdressed. We've all at some time or another ended up at the baseball game, a movie or a new restaurant for drinks.

WOMEN SPEND £84,000 ON CLOTHES

Women spend nearly £84,000 on clothes in a lifetime - with £14,000 of that going on shoes, according to new research. 

The average woman will buy 3,109 items of clothing including 185 dresses costing £7,699 and 145 bags totalling £5,420. 

The research by Sure Women Linen Dry found that the average figure of £83,498 - including £6,000 on jeans - rises to £129,903 for women under-25.

Despite the figures involved, 60 per cent of women admitted they still struggle to find something to wear.

Take the necessary steps to naturally enhance your physical appearance. Eat a healthy and balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Drink a lot of water and avoid the intake of too much alcohol. You are what you eat. Your appearance will reflect what you put into your body. Exercise on a regular basis by doing cardiovascular exercise, light weight training, yoga, or Pilates. Work on maintaining clear skin, healthy hair, and clean and straight teeth.
